My quest for being superhuman started a long time ago with a dissatisfaction what I could do and the notion that no matter how well we live we will all just start to fall apart one day. It has taken me over 18 years to get where I am and know what I know. I got here by studying with some of the greatest minds on the planet in psychology, nutrition, physiology and neurology which helped me become optimised, healthy and superhuman.
I not only healed myself from chronic fatigue, that was so bad if I sat down I would want to sleep I also managed to win 5 British and 1 World Kickboxing title. When I started I was a dyslexic, chronically fatigued kid that couldn’t spell words longer than 3 or 4 letters. Through the techniques I had mastered from many of my teachers I had taught myself how to utilise more of my brain ride myself of real health problems and become a champion.
Today I dedicate 20 hours a week of my time to studying the most up to date research so I can ensure I am always at my best to help my clients and only take on a small number of full time clients per term. My aim is to create self-reliant pain free powerful bodies with constant online and offline support, the first and most important thing to ascertain is always your current state of health including your neurological state, you can’t out train a weak muscle caused by poor neurology just as you can’t out train a bad diet or lifestyle.
I train people to be the best versions of themselves.

MethodologyBase Camp

Week 1

You will keep a detailed food diary for 1 week so I can see exactly what your diet currently looks like and how best to adapt a plan to fit your normal week. While you complete this we will also be gathering all the vital information we need about you, your environment and life style so we can personalise this plan and ensure your adherence. Another important factor in week A is to gain all of your basic measurements fitness levels range of motion and injury history so we can know how much you’ve achieved. Your initial lab tests will also be taken this week.

Week 2

This week we will introduce your first habit which will most likely be drinking more water depending on what you already consume and what you need, we will then go on to do a detailed nutritional questionnaire as to find out what you really need in your dietary programme. Next come the breath work sessions and the PDTR sessions where we will analyse how you breath and show you how to really improve the quality of movement just through breath alone. PDTR sessions work on the basic neurological organisation of our brain and bodies in this session we will look at any past trauma storied in the body that may be blocking certain movements or ranges of motion, just like you can’t out train a bad diet you can’t strengthen a neurologically weak area of the body.

Week 3

Week C is the final week in base camp, this is where habit NO.2 is introduced and supplement advice starts, you will also start your 4 day detox here. We will start to agree your nutrition plan and look at your social team (those that will help you and those that will hinder you) this is very important. The final touches of visualizing your success organising your life for the next 12 weeks and optimizing your body ready for the road ahead are next. By now some simple habits are in place and you are already feeling healthier with more energy

Example 12 week program

Week 1: Win your mornings, base movement session, habit 3 & PDTR session

Weather its fasted morning cardio or sun gazing you will be set you up to win your morning making sure you start the day right is the corner stone of success, habit NO. 3 is introduced and we continue to weed out any movement issues with a base movement session teaching you how to move again along with another PDTR session

Week 2 & 3: Basic strength, habit 4, habit 5 & Endurance work

More habits come into the mix by now you should already have made a considerable positive effect on energy, levels and sleep patterns and by week 4 be noticing a real difference in the quality of your skin not to mention your body composition. We start are basic strength phase to prepare you for the road ahead before taking you through an endurance phase. You will now be half way through your list of habits and you will start to see and feel some big changes in your body and your emotional state.

Week 4,5 & 6 : strength work, habit 6, habit 7, habit 8, review nutrition & maximal strength

We review your nutrition and training program to ensure you’re on the right track as well as now starting your full strength phase and culminating with some maximal strength to challenge every part of your system. After this section you will now be feeling super strong tons of energy great sleeping patterns just to mention a few benefits.

Week 7,8 & 9 : HiiT sessions, maximal strength, Body weight/strength work, habit 9, habit 10, PDTR & systemic goals

Week 7 we re-evaluate your systemic goals and look at your neurological optimization again to continue working any bugs in your system we may have found through our training. We complete the list of 10 habits to create for optimal health and work through a number of training systems to improve cardiovascular health, maximal strength and body to weight ration strength and really prepare for the final phase of your program.

Week 10,11 & 12: strength work, maximal strength work & HiiT

This is the final stages of the program by now you should feel amazing more concentration a greater ability to multi task happier within yourself and look great, you and your friends will see the difference in and outside of you and the final finishing touches start to fall in place. These last few weeks can be tough as you will be taking part in some specialised water and macro nutrient management to prepare yourself for that final photo to remember the event of when you successfully transformed your body and started a new life.
